Once you have ‘Accepted’ an order you must;
- Package the item and process within your listed processing time
- Take note of the correct address from your order notification
- Ship ASAP via registered post at your local post office or selected courier, ensuring you take note of the tracking number
- Go to your orders section in the top right hand corner of your Closet
- Select the Order in the Pending section
- Input tracking number and detect the courier if you used registered/parcel post (optional)
- Tap ship order now to complete the order
- Your buyer will be notified that the item has been shipped
- Keep your buyer informed via comments section on the listing if you have any other issues!
