When you tap ‘detect’ and no courier is found, the shipping details have yet to be updated by the courier. You will then be asked to select the courier manually from a dropdown list and that information will submit to the buyer as ‘processing’. Once the system is updated by the courier, the tracking information will become available to your buyer immediately. If a fake number is entered to complete the order, our team will be notified within 7 days and the offending seller account will be deactivated and the original payment returned to the buyer.
