If you are experiencing technical issues with the Dressup app, we suggest deleting the app from your device and downloading it again from the Apple App or Google Play store. Not to worry- you will not lose any of your information or listings. If you are still experiencing this problem after doing so, please contact us via Settings/Help/Contact Us with screenshots of what you are seeing as well as the following information so our technical team can look into this for you:
For Apple devices:
- What type of device are you using? Please let us know if you are using an iPhone, iPod, or iPad.
- Which iOS version are you using? To find this information please go to your device Settings, under General, About, and scroll down and look for Version.
For Android devices:
- What type of device are you using? Please tell us the brand and model of the device
- Which Android version are you using? Generally this can be found under Settings > About Phone on your device
