If any of the following pertain to your order, please report the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately;
- Undisclosed damage
- Incorrect or missing item
- Item not as described
- Item is not authentic
If no claim is made within 3 days of delivery, payment will be automatically released to the seller. Once payment has been released, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer.
The buyer must contact email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery to log the return. You then have 14 days from receipt to return the items.
Preloved sales are final for all items sold at €30 or under*
For items over €31 we offer a refund where the tags are still intact and the item is in the same condition as bought.*
*All jewellery and handbags are considered final sale and are non-returnable. These items have been thoroughly checked by our team prior to sale.
Any refund will be sent to the original card used for payment or a cheque sent to the saved address on file.
Complete the return form in the bag where applicable, Final Sale items will are no-returnable.
After we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Any items received to us where a payout has been processed is the property of Dressup.
If we’ve listed an item incorrectly or there’s a problem with your order/item, we will make it right. Shoot firstname.lastname@example.org an email explaining the situation and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!
Important to know:
- To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached & Dressup Tags)
- If an item does not arrive as described, please reach out to the Dressup support team.
- Original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items
